Confirming your booking

Once you've paid a 25% deposit, your booking will be secured. When you enquire about the house, we'll let you know the availability, confirm prices, and provide details for paying the deposit. The balance is due 6 weeks before your holiday - we'll remind you when that's coming up.

 

Check-in and check-out times

You can check in any time from 5pm on your day of arrival, and you must leave the house by 9am at the end of your stay. These times have been changed to allow for additional cleaning to reduce the risk of Covid in line with the Safer Stays initiative.

 

Good housekeeping deposit

We collect a good housekeeping deposit of £250, at the same time as when you pay the balance. As long as there's no damage we'll return this to you as soon as your holiday is over.

 

Pets
One well-behaved dog is welcome, at an additional cost of £15. If you have more than one dog, please let us know.

Ferry travel

It's a good idea to book your ferry as soon as you can. They get booked well in advance during busy times. See Calmac's website for details.
